Mechanism:

Elixirin™ Energy Formula is a health-benefiting product developed based on Dr. Bruce Ames’ initial study which demonstrated that combination of acetyl-carnitine and alpha-lipoic acid at certain ratio could have clear anti-aging effect in laboratory animals1-2. By the addition of green tea polyphenols and Biotin, the ElixirinTM Energy Formula achieves optimal homeostatic effects in increasing the body’s energy production efficiency, reducing the formation of free radicals and elevating the anti-oxidant level in the body. The level of oxidants and free radicals in the body is increased when the body is under physical and mental stress, experiencing increased metabolism, exposed to radiation and certain chemicals, as well as during the natural aging process. The free radicals are known to cause damages on DNA, RNA, and protein structures therefore lead to the development of various diseases such as neuronal disorders, loss of memories, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, immune deficiencies, and so on. Free radicals are also one of the major reasons for aging.
